The short version

The probate checker runs entirely in your browser. The answers you enter are not sent to a server, not saved, and not linked to you. When you close or refresh the page, they are gone.

What we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, contact details, or any information about the person who died or their estate. The checker does no server-side processing of your answers.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages are useful. Any such tool is chosen because it does not use cookies to track individuals and does not build a profile of you. It does not receive the answers you give the checker.

Advertising

This site may in future display advertising to keep it free. If it does, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what that involves before any advertising goes live.
